Prioritize Protein
Protein is the most important macronutrient. It provides you with essential amino acids that are the building blocks of every cell in your body. That said, every physiological process, both mental and physical, is optimised by consuming protein.
Looking to shift the belly fat? Protein is the macronutrient that is most taxing for your body to break down stimulating your metabolism. It also stimulates neurotransmitters that signal to the brain that you’ve eaten enough food. Get a portion of protein in every meal!
Eat out like a pro
You have to eat out and you have to entertain business associates. Yet in these environments, we’re likely to succumb to bad eating decisions. Here are 3 simple and powerful strategies:
