Edinburgh Christmas Gin

This gin is a special release just for Christmas, distilled with the usual suspects of botanicals but with the added joy of frankincense and myrrh, it has a thicker mouthfeel and a sweeter taste. It’s perfect for sipping or mixing at any Christmas party.

Four Pillars Christmas Gin

Hailing from Australia, Four Pillars Christmas gin is a mix of Christmas pudding distilled with gin botanicals on top and mixed with gin aged in Muscat barrels. It’s perfect for sipping, enjoying with holiday treats, or making some Christmas cocktails.

Sacred Christmas Pudding Gin

Sacred took a different approach than Four Pillars when it came to making a pudding gin. They took one of the distiller’s family pudding recipes and distilled it creating a sweet, drinkable gin served best as a shot straight from the freezer.

Gelndalough Wild Winter Botanical Gin

Made in Ireland, this gin is released each season giving it a range of flavors. For the winter variety, the distillers forage wild botanicals near the distillery to add a splash of local, seasonal complexity on top of the gin’s piney base.

Cambridge Seasonal Gin Autumn/Winter

This gin is another seasonal variant of gin this time from Cambridge in England. Reflecting the season and year of its creation Cambridge uses botanicals to create a flavor profile that reflects the times. For this year’s variety, they used bergamot and blackcurrant leaf as well as rosemary and fennel to inspire a taste reflecting the hottest and coldest days since they began making the gin.
