Muddled Garden Bronze Fennel

Method:
Muddle the fennel. Add the remaining ingredients and mix. Strain over a large ice cube. Garnish with fennel.

Add in chipotle and a hibiscus flower, and you have an instant classic that is perfect for nursing long into hot summer nights.

Recipe:
2 oz. of Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco
0.8 oz. Grapefruit juice
0.5 oz. Vanilla and chipotle syrup

Method:
Combine the ingredients in a shaker and strain. Serve in a short glass with ice. Garnish with sunflower seeds or hibiscus flowers to activate the nose.
