Located in never still atmosphere of SoMa just a mere two blocks from the Moscone Center, Roy’s San Francisco location is sure to impress locals and tourists with the superb selection of Hawaiian inspired cuisine and cocktails. Roy’s first open up in 1988 in Honolulu at the hands of culinary pioneer Roy Yamaguchi with his creation of fusion cuisine. He took the risk and went for gold by combining adventurous Pacific Rim flavors with classic techniques. His creative flare sparked a new wave of fine dining now available in more convenient locations.
Though Roy isn’t in the kitchen whipping up the dishes, carefully selected local chefs cook with his original vision while adding their own unique touch. The menu changes frequently so don’t be a stranger at Roy’s. Pop in to see what this week’s menu offers and stick around for Aloha Hour or Late Aloha Hour for some tasty cocktails.
Cocktails your thing? – Roy’s pioneering tipple menu showcases the best of local delicacies as well as honing in on it’s roots, with an exceptionally selection of Hawaiin themed imbibes. The wine selection is deep and exciting, with an array of exciting varietals, perfectly matching the exquisite and creative food menu.
If seafood is your thing, you’re in the right place – with a wide selection of some of the world’s most sought after fish. Even meat lovers feel right at home, with succulent, fall-off-the-bone Szechuan ribs, succulent Beef Short Rib Bi Bim Bap (sounds awesome right?) or the melt in the mouth Filet Mignon. Back to the fish: the signature Mahi Mahi encrusted with Macadamia Nut is not to be missed, while Ahi, Scallops, Lobster & Shrimp are no stranger to exciting the palate in a variety of fusion methods.
As for desert? Let’s just say we’ve never missed the opportunity to get our hands on the Flourless Chocolate Fondant or Upside Down Pineapple Cake.
