Delicately crushed rose petals and toasted almonds on the nose at first, followed by honey, baked bread and a distinctive petrichor vein running throughout. Hugely pungent.

A simply stunning flavour profile backs up the endearing and aromatic bouquet. Creamy mango, soft white stone fruit, dried pineapple, sweet red apple and pear. The layers of oak are subtle, almost unnoticeable, but the malolactic character shines through and makes for a well balanced, characterful, medium bodied wine, with a vibrant acidity. Moderate intensity and decent length, all presented atop a limestone platform.

A great wine that drinks beautifully on its own, but would also be the perfect accompaniment to baked camembert and fresh bread or monkfish in garlic butter.
