There is a fresh and open-knit character to the nose here, a currant and spiced cherry note that turns to a palate quite savory, with oolong tea, mineral, a hint of tobacco, and fruit in the plum-skin and black cherry vein. Excellent kosher wine, and excellent wine in its own right. I would have this on my Passover table any time, happily. Or any table, for that matter.
