The prohibition style rye whisky is made with 100-percent rye grain and finished in premium French Bordeaux barrels. They only release the top-rated whisky twice a year, making it a rare find.

Roundstone Rye Cask Proof weighs in at around 58% ABV, so it’s not for the faint of heart. It features notes of caramel and butter toffee, and its palate is very smooth for the ABV. Dark and complex, this is a whisky to keep an eye on to nab when it gets released.
