Shenanigans Bar Phnom Penh is a place I often walk by and have considered visiting. Yesterday caution was indeed thrown to the wind and I decided to see what they had to offer.
Would it be good, or would shenanigans need to be called?
What kind of bar is Shenanigans Bar Phnom Penh?
It’s basically a bog standard resto-bar and sports bar around the girly bar area near the riverside of Phnom Penh. It is not though to be fair a girly bar. It looks like it would be a great place to watch the football. At the time of my visit there were three events going on at the same time. There was one other customer in the bar. This will come more into play later. Is it an Irish Bar . I guess kinda.

What are the drink prices?
Typical happy hour $1 beers, all very bog standard stuff.
What is the service and the food like at Shenanigans?
Again i’ll add for effect that there was one other customer in the place. Food came out 20 minutes later covered in mushrooms. OK, it was a genuine mistake and the server was sorry. Yet when you have two customers in your place you’d expect to get small orders right.
