Pickering’s Sloe Gin batch 2 has been slightly tweaked to complement the sweetness and warmth of the sloes and was rested over sloe for 6 months. A special, one-off distillation that perfectly complements the warmth of the sloes and lends just the right amount of rich sweetness to this dry, spiced gin was used.
