Once known as Baca Raton, Florida’s most successful steakhouse from 1993-2007, Maxwell’s Chophouse is proud to make a new home in the heart of New York City. The design of Maxwell’s evokes the ambiance of grand luxury with virtually every element throughout the restaurant and private dining room custom made. This restaurant is a true meat-lovers paradise, featuring a delectable selection of USDA Prime Grade steaks and chops, including Classic Prime Rib, Filet Mignon, New York Strip, and Lamb Chops Triangle Cut. For those seeking a lighter option can choose from Lobster, Grilled Atlantic Salmon, and Seared Big Eye Tuna.
Maxwell’s Chophouse introduces a brand new cocktail program that includes a variety of reimagined drinks such as nutty tasting Black Manhattan “Night Man”, a flowery scented Pansy For Your Thoughts, and a deep duck-fat infused Duck, Duck, Goose. The restaurant also features a large wine list with over 500 bottles sourced from the Haddad family’s private, world-class wine cellar, including over 140 vintage selects and bottles dating 4-5 decades old. Grand luxury never tasted so good.
