50ml of Gentleman Jack 10ml of Lemon Juice 25ml of Maple Syrup 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters Top off with IPA Cubed ice |
Shake well and strain over cubed ice in a tall beer glass. Top with IPA and serve. |
