Dicador’s XO Insolent Solera System Rum is made from a unique virgin sugar cane and a modern stainless-steel alembic. It is then aged in Jerez and Port barrels that give this decadent mahogany nectar its characteristic sweet oaky mouth feel. The taste of Jerez and Port burn into the rum during fermentation, creating an enticing marriage, and adding a unique depth of flavor.
