San Miguel de Allende Mexico: a getaway unlike any other. With its rich culture and beautiful architecture, it’s no surprise San Miguel earned the World’s Best City 2017 award from Travel + Leisure. Amid the hustle and bustle, there are plenty of edgy restaurants and bars to sit back, take in the nightlife, and sip on a drink.

Deep in the heart of San Miguel resides a hidden gem that will be impossible to do justice with just words alone. Bovine Brasserie, located in the brand-new design center Codigo Postal Design, has opened its doors to the people of San Miguel, and has done so in style. The brainchild of Hotel Matilda’s directing manager Bruce James and Chef Paul Bentley, this metro-chic restaurant brings that New York vibe down into Mexico. Aside from the pulsating atmosphere, Bovine offers an enticing menu complimented by an exciting drink collection.

Their newest attraction is their cocktail creations featuring an array of mixed drinks set to tantalize tastebuds. Examples include the “San Miguel sunset,” a gorgeous cocktail that perfectly embodies the spirit of San Miguel whilst capturing the beauty of this sacred land in its presentation, perfect for sipping while the sun sets.
