Chili Mazel

1.5 oz. Chili Infused No. 209 Kosher-for-Passover Gin or Vodka*
1 oz. Passover Certified Chocolate Milk
.75 oz. Egg Whites
.25 oz. Simple Syrup
Method: Shake ingredients over ice. Strain into a coupe, martini or nick-and-nora glass. Enjoy with a side of Passover brownies.
*Chili Infused Gin: Drop 2 Thai chilis (or red chilis) into 1 bottle of No. 209 Kosher-for-Passover Gin for 24 hours. Strain out chilis.

.75 oz. Lemon Juice
.25 oz. Simple Syrup
.25 oz. Passover Certified Whole Milk*
.25 c. Assorted Berries (Blueberry, Strawberry, Raspberry)
Tarragon Sprig
Method: Muddle berries, one tarragon leaf and gin in a mixing tin. Add other ingredients and shake vigorously over ice. Strain into a tall glass over ice. Garnish with tarragon.
*Use coconut cream in lieu of Passover certified whole milk if unavailable.
Seder Lady

1.5 oz. No. 209 Kosher-for-Passover Gin or Vodka
6 Blackberries
.75 oz. Egg White
.5 oz. Lemon Juice
.25 oz. Cinnamon Syrup*
Method: Muddle blackberries with lemon juice and simple syrup. Add all other ingredients and shake over ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.
*Cinnamon Syrup: Boil 32 oz. water with 3 cinnamon sticks. Reduce heat and let sit to cool. Strain out cinnamon and combine with equal volume white sugar.
Almost Beitzak

2 oz. No. 209 Kosher-for-Passover Gin or Vodka
1 oz. Passover Certified Apple Juice
.75 oz. Passover Certified Heavy Cream
.75 oz. Egg Whites
.25 oz. Lemon Juice
1 oz. Club Soda to Top
Method: Combine gin, apple juice, heavy cream, and egg whites in a cocktail shaker and dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Strain into old fashioned glass over ice, and top with club soda slowly. Garnish with apple peel rolled into apple rose on a pick.
*Use coconut cream in lieu of Passover certified heavy cream if unavailable.
Strawberry Shabbes

1.5 oz. Strawberry-Tarragon No. 209 Kosher-for-Passover Gin of Vodka*
.25 oz. Simple Syrup
.25 oz. Lemon Juice
.25 oz. Herb Tincture**
Lemon Zest
Method: Shake ingredients plus lemon zest over ice. Strain into an old fashioned glass over ice. Garnish with whole sliced strawberry placed on side of glass.
*Strawberry Gin: Combine 1 Cup sliced strawberries and 10 tarragon leaves with 1 bottle of No. 209 Kosher-for-Passover Gin, and let sit for 48 hours. Strain strawberries out.
**Herb Tincture: Combine 1/4 cup each of Thyme and Mint with 1 cup of No. 209 Kosher-for-Passover Gin. Sit for 48 hours refrigerated if possible, and strain.
