1 oz Campari

1 oz sweet red vermouth

Orange segment

METHOD:

  • Layer ingredients over ice in a short glass
  • Squeeze in orange
  • Mix with a tall spoon

For a Contessa, swap out the Campari for Aperol to create a lighter, brighter version of this classic cocktail
