2 Parts Absolut Elyx ½ Part Pimento Dram 1 Part Pineapple Juice 1 Part Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice 1 Part Honey Syrup (1:1) |
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker tin over cubed ice. Shake then strain into a chilled cocktail coupe and garnish with a dehydrated pineapple wheel. |
