FFF MATCHA WAFFLES
Waffles
- 2 egg Whites
- 50g gluten free flour
- 30g vanilla whey protein
- Pinch of salt
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1tsp matcha
Topping
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 2 tsp mango puree
- Fresh fruit
Sides
- 50g oats
- 50ml almond milk
1. Mix together the oats and almond milk and leave to soak overnight.
2. Blend together all the ingredients for the waffles, using a high speed blender until smooth.
3. Drizzle olive oil over waffle maker before adding the mixture to avoid the waffles from sticking.
4. Layer the mixture into the waffle maker and close for 5 minutes or until golden.
5. Mix together the greek yoghurt and mango puree and serve on the side with the overnight oats.
6. Top your waffles with plenty of fresh fruit. The choice is yours! (Macros do not include fruit)
