Killer Ketel Kocktails

It’s here…the end of summer. Last chance to wear white, hit the beach and drink cocktails that make you feel like you’re on vacation.

The Broken Shaker, in Miami Beach Florida and Yana Volsfon of Cosme Atla of New York City came up with these four killer cocktails to round off the season. You’re going to need a bottle of Ketel One Vodka for this.

La da di’

Yields 1 Serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. Ketel One Family-Made Vodka
  • ½ oz Manzanilla Sherry
  • ½ oz. lemon juice
  • ¼ oz. pressed ginger
  • Berry Compote garnish

Method:

  1.     Add Ketel One Family-Made Vodka, sherry, lemon and ginger to a glass with ice.
  2.     Top with berry compote. Compote will slowly incorporate into the drink.

Chill Pill

Yields 1 Serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. Ketel One Family-Made Vodka
  • ½ oz. Dolin Blanc
  • ¼ oz. Yuzu
  • ¼ oz. Agave (1:1 agave:water)
  • 1 oz Palo Santo Water
  • Fresh Herb garnish

Method:

  1.     Combine all ingredients in a glass over ice.
  2.     Stir to incorporate and garnish with fresh herbs to serve.

B*tch Don’t Kill My Vibe

Yields 1 Serving

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Ketel One Family-Made Vodka
  • 0.5 oz  Aperol
  • 0.5 oz Pineapple juice
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz Basil-honey syrup

Method:

  1.     Build in a rocks glass over ice
  2.     Garnish with pineapple and basil leaf to serve

Blackberry Bramble

Yields 1 Serving

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz     Ketel One Citroen
  • 3/4 oz. lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz. honey syrup
  • Two dollops Wm. Farmer & Sons Blackberry Jam

Method:

  1. Add the jam to the bottle of a rocks glass. Fill glass with ice.
  2. Shake remaining ingredients with ice and strain into serving glass.
  3. Top with a fresh blackberry to serve.
