Light gold in color. A sweet nose gives away its Irish upbringing the moment you get near it. Beautiful mouthfeel, soft, round and very pleasing with just a touch of spiciness. The finish lingers and then recedes slowly making you want to try it again. High malt content, matured in rum casks. -CG
