With their signature gin, they wanted to deliver the best botanical notes from all around the world, capturing the essence of contemporary Australia’s heritage in Europe and Asia. The native Tasmanian pepperberry leaf is brilliant on the palate, giving off warmth rather than heat, and the lemon myrtle is a beautiful, complex and unique alternative to lemon peel. The use of whole oranges, which is unusual, but Australian citrus is highly aromatic and supports the spicier botanicals like coriander, cardamom and star anise. The resulting gin is spicy with great citrus—a truly modern Australian gin.
