It’s all about getting in those greens following the festive feasting and we’ve got just the meal to do it.
We present our Super Greens Frittata, served with a side of roasted sweet potato chips and extra greens.

20g kale
30g spinach
1/2 red onion
1 sprig of thyme, chopped finely
1 sprig of oregano, chopped finely
2 spears of asparagus
2 whole eggs
2 egg whites


  1. Finely dice the red onion and fry in a little oil until soft. Add the thyme and oregano, and continue to cook for another 4-5 minutes.
  2. Blanch the asparagus, spinach and kale and transfer into cold water
  3. Dice the above green veg into small pieces. Squeeze off any excess liquid from the spinach and kale, and discard.
  4. Lightly beat the eggs and egg white together using a fork
  5. Place the diced veggies, onion and herb mix, and the egg mix into a deep tray. Mix together.
  6. Place in the oven, pre-heated to 180 degrees Celsius, and cook for 10-15 mins.
  7. Serve with your choice of side! We opted for crispy sweet potato chips (not included in macros).
