Pure white in color, with a bright and clean nose that leads into a mellow lemon and grassy aroma. On the palate, light-bodied, soft, and clean with zero burn. Lovely to let sit on the tongue. A very enjoyable rum, perfect for cocktails or poured on the rocks.  Organic.
