Deep, sustained and intense lavender glides out of the glass. The pure essence of the plant, it does not overwhelm and it does not dissipate quickly. A great example of bitters that attain a tenacity of flavor and compliment the drinks they sit within incredibly well. Very pleasing. Organic.
