Stewed apples with a caramel glaze hit the nose immediately bringing forth a freshly baked apple crumble and a sprinkling of Demerara sugar. There’s a vibrant, sweet-acidic balance on the palate, oozing with more of those freshly baked apple crumble notes. A little lime zest and lemon rind come to light in the finale to complete this incredibly well produced cider. An approachable delight, hand-made in Boonville, CA. A pleasant, lightly acidic finish.
